Reasons to Replace

• Damage:  Sometimes unfortunate events like hail, high wind, or fires can be a cause for roof replacement.  In such cases there is typically an insurance claim; and if so, we are experienced and capable of assisting you with the insurance process.
• Age:  Sometimes roofs just reach their life expectancy and are in need of replacement.  If you can get 20 years out of a shingle roof in Texas you are doing good. 
• Aesthetics:  Sometimes we find ourselves replacing a roof because the homeowner just doesn't like the way it looks.  A homeowner may prefer one color over another, or may prefer the look of an architectural  shingle over that of a 3-tab shingle.
